No Flea Biscuits


2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 cup wheat germ

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup brewer's yeast

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease or oil 2 large baking sheets. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oil and

garlic. Combine other dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly mix into the oil-garlic, adding broth gradually to

keep mixture moist. Roll out on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness and cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Bake on

prepared baking sheets for 20-25 minutes or until brown around the edges. Allow to air dry for 2 hours and store in

plastic bags.
